About the Event

You must be fit an healthy to hang upside down. 

If you suuffer from the following medical conditions it is not safe to do Aerial Yoga:

-Glaucoma and eye problems


-Congestive Heart Failure

-History of stroke or heart conditions

-Family history of cerebrovascular accidents

-Carotid artery Stenosis

-Hiatal hernia or spinal instability 

-Taking anticoagulants 

-high or low blood pressure  

-recent stroke or head injury



-Excess weight or Frail

-over 55

-Inner ear problems

-other conditions- check with your doctor before booking!
