Aerial Yoga Class June 15th

This class is an opportunity to try some Aerial Yoga poses, its workshop style class where you will try each move , helping each other out as we go! We work first on the yoga wall using the hammocks stretching and balancing. then we will work in pairs on the ceiling hammocks, and each getting a chance to try out some hanging inversions. We finish back down to the floor for deep stretching and Savasana. Inversions are great for de-compressing the spine and many other health benefits, but if you have any health issues or concerns pease check with your doctor first! Inversions are not recommended for those suffering from glaucoma, heart problems, pregnancy, recent stroke or blood clots...if you have any concerns please call to me to discuss before booking...Looking forwards to meeting you soon, Namaste!
