Aerial Yoga Please note this class is led by/Taught by a NEW teacher graduate. The class is 45mins and there will be 3 students one new teacher and one assistant (ME!) You do not need any experience but you must be fit and healthy to do aerial Yoga. Please me me know if you have and medical issues.
