6 weeks Yogalates Thur 9am
A 6 week course on Thursdays 9am-9:55am. Yogalates incorporates Pilates and Yoga in a smooth flowing class. This will improve your core strength, your balance and flexibility of the spine hips and and legs. Suitable to all levels. Please advise of any injuries or health issues.
