6 weeks of online Zoom Yoga classes. Build strength, Flexibility and Balance, Classes start with a traditional Yoga warmups, standing and sitting poses with Yogic breathing as a strong focus throughout the class. Each week is a bit different. Open to new students of all levels.

About the Event

A Hatha Yoga class with the focus on building balance in the body and mind.  Each week will be different.  You must be fit and healthy to join this class. Online Yoga it is up to you to be responsble for your own safety during yoga practice, please do not try any moves you have not learned inperson, and always stay within your comfort zone. Check first with a Doctor if you have any medical issues, headaches, pregnancy etc. Classes are designed for adults only.
